Alexander Stephens: What do you think needs to be done for youth now? What do you think is missing in this community for youth?

Nate Davis: I think the community needs to come together. I think the community needs to come together. You have different organizations of people in the community that want to do things, but it's so many different organizations of people that want to do things, and they are spread out, they are not together. Hopefully, I think one thing [that] will help [is] when the Boys and Girls Club is built down on Johnson Street. I think that will help a lot. I think the Boys and Girls Club are able to do some of the things that we’re not able to do. And I say that because, Hargraves, people look at Hargraves as being a recreation center, a youth center, but we do a lot more than that over here, you know, we have meetings, we work with kids ages five up through senior citizens. We have different programs, special events, so we can’t set Hargraves up as just a youth center, because it's used by not just the people in the Northside/Pine Knolls community. Hargraves Recreation Center is part of the Town of Chapel Hill and it’s open to anyone that lives in Orange County, you know.
