Arminta Foushee: My grandfather was funny. He wore a shirt and tie every day. He polished his shoes before wearing them every day. So he was always dressed like a perfect gentleman every day that he was not working. And he’d take off that chef’s uniform. He’d be in a crisp shirt and tie ‘til the day he passed. And in his last days, [cough] he was a diabetic and he, you know, lost his eyesight, but he still would put on a fresh shirt and tie his tie. Yeah, he was real cute, [pause] real cute. And he could not stand being late. And he could not tolerate people that were late. And he always kept every clock in the house set a half hour earlier so everybody would be on time.He was a stickler about that, real funny. And like, if you–oh gosh–...
