Donna Bell
Donna Bell grew up in New Bern, North Carolina and believes in the power of working hard for a life of which you can be proud. Over the years, her studies and experiences led her to becoming a social worker and therapist. She has also been an active member of Chapel Hill Town Council and currently resides in Northside.
