Mildred "Mama Dip" Council Wins NC Small Business Person of the Year

Mildred "Mama Dip" Council won North Carolina's Small Businessperson of the Year in 2002 and came in third runner-up in the national contest. Along with her daughter Anita Spring Council, Mrs. Council traveled to the White House in Washington DC to meet President George W. Bush. She also received congratulations from Congressman David Price, House Representative from NC's 4th District.
